Refund Policy

Our refund and reshipment policy is designed to ensure security, transparency, and peace of mind for our customers throughout their shopping experience.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction (Change of mind): The return shipping cost may be the customer's responsibility, subject to the conditions provided by our support team during the request process.

  • Defective product or shipping error: All shipping and return costs are fully covered by our store.

2. ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS FOR A REFUND

  • Order cancellation before dispatch: Full refund of the total amount paid.

  • Product received damaged or defective: Full refund or shipment of a new product, according to the customer's preference.

  • Change of mind (Buyer's remorse): Returns accepted within the legal timeframe of 7 calendar days after delivery, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

  • Manufacturing defect identified after use: Requests for a refund or exchange can be made up to 30 calendar days after delivery.

3. TIMEFRAMES FOR REQUESTS

  • Change of mind or defect upon delivery: Up to 7 calendar days after delivery.

  • Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days after delivery.

4. REFUND METHODS

The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method selected during the purchase:

  • Credit Card: The chargeback will be requested from your card issuer and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • Bank Transfer (TED): Processed within 10 business days, strictly to a bank account under the customer's name/tax ID.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:

  • Product name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Reason for the request

  • In case of defects: A clear photo or video demonstrating the issue.
